Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid conscious productivity coaching services sold by Ankleskne in the United States. Free guides and discovery calls are not charged.
1. Scheduling and cancellations
- Reschedule or cancel a paid session with at least 48 hours notice (Eastern Time) without penalty.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be treated as a completed session unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- No-shows are charged as a completed session.
2. Single sessions (Clarity Session — $125)
After a session is delivered, fees are non-refundable. If we cancel or need to reschedule on our side, you may choose a new time or a full refund.
3. Packages (Rhythm Builder — $690; Quarterly Tune-Up — $320)
If you cancel unused sessions within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than one session, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis minus a $35 administrative fee, unless prohibited by law. After 14 days or after two sessions, refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a credit card chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
5. Free digital guides
Complimentary PDF guides have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds.
6. State consumer rights
Residents of California and other states may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.
7. How to request a refund
Email touch@ankleskne.world with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
